The project involved a training of a group of representatives and heads of departments in the fields of various approaches to the development of strategic documents. In order to evaluate the quality of work of the employees of the municipal authority, with respect to a satisfaction survey among the citizens focused on their contentment with living in the town, the project selected and implemented the BCS method (Balanced Scorecard).
